BOOKING POLICY:
Advance booking is required. Our Senzia Spa & Wellness staff will help you and schedule your visit, so you can have an amazing experience.

ARRIVALS:
We recommend arriving 15 minutes beforehand to change clothes, complete the consultation form and avoid delays. Late arrival —out of respect for other clients— will result in reduced treatment time and the full cost of the treatment being charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds will be granted. We will issue a voucher to the value of the treatment. It will be valid for one year.
Changes made at least 24 hours in advance will be subject to availability. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice or non attendance will incur a charge of the full treatment price.
This is a strictly professional service. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate interruption of the treatment, which will not be refunded
under any circumstances.
